Subcontracting Services for the Metal Industry

We are an experienced subcontractor for the metal industry, manufacturing spare parts, wear parts, and custom components for all types of machinery.

Our modern production facilities include both advanced CNC machines and conventional machining equipment. This allows us to handle both large and small tasks with speed and precision.

CNC Machining

We operate four state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines, ensuring high precision and consistent quality.

CNC Boring/Milling Center

Fermat WFT 13 CNC, 5-axis boring and milling center with table capacity up to 20 tons, 40-position tool magazine, and a machining area of X=3500 mm, Y=2500 mm, Z=1500 mm.

CNC Machining Center

Hedelius CB 50 with pendulum operation, integrated 4-axis rotary table, and a 30-position tool magazine.

X = 2100 mm, Y = 520 mm, Z = 500 mm.

CNC Lathes

Traub TNA 300 and TNA 500 with turning lengths up to 1000 mm, offering high performance for efficient production.

Conventional Machining and Special Tasks

In addition to manufacturing spare parts using CNC-controlled machines, we offer conventional machining on 11 machines, making this ideal for special tasks and repair work.

We offer:

Turning: up to Ø1080 x 3000 mm

Drilling machines: 1–24 indexing with horizontal and vertical dividing heads

Automatic sawing machine: up to Ø430 mm

Steel structures are manufactured in stainless steel and carbon steel, with crane capacity up to 20 tons and a lifting height of 7.6 m.
